The Access-A-Deck Structural Storage & Mezzanine Systems can be configured to fill an entire warehouse or just a portion for that additional custom storage space needed. The Full Mezzanine System is engineered to maximize the total number of rental units, while only requiring an unobstructed minimum eve height of fifteen feet with a suitable floor structure. The Island System, which best utilizes existing HVAC & Lighting typically found in warehouses today, can be joined with bridges and material lifts to provide convenient access to every unit. The Access-A-Deck Storage System was designed to provide clean and secure self-storage in a typical commercial warehouse application. These structural mezzanine designs are engineered on a 10’ grid allowing for a 125 PSF floor load rating to be achieved. In addition, most systems qualify as re-locatable racking or storage systems making these mezzanines eligible for accelerated depreciation (consult your financial advisor). With increased rental cash flow and early depreciation, Access-A-Deck Mezzanine Systems make sense.
