U.S. Door’s “Access-A-Deck” mezzanine system provides two levels of storage from a single level warehouse or building, maximizing existing floor space into profitable rentable area. The “Access-A-Deck” utilizes existing HVAC and lighting systems, minimizing the normal costs associated with self-storage conversions. The Access-A-Deck Structural Storage & Mezzanine Systems
can be configured to fill an entire warehouse or just a portion for that additional custom storage space needed. The Full Mezzanine System is engineered to maximize the total number of rental units, while only requiring an unobstructed minimum eave height of fifteen feet with a suitable floor structure. The Island System, which best utilizes existing HVAC & Lighting typically found in warehouses, can be joined with bridges and material lifts to provide convenient access to every unit. The Access-A-Deck Storage System was designed to provide clean and secure self-storage in a typical commercial warehouse application. These structural mezzanine designs are engineered on a 10’ grid allowing for a 125 PSF floor load rating to be achieved”.
